Before your key is delivered
A full refund, for any reason, at any time. Email support@evoradevelopmentstudios.com from your account's address and we will refund the payment to its original method. Your reservation is canceled.
After your key is delivered
Within 14 days of delivery, if the key has not been activated on Steam, we will refund you (we check the key's status with Steam first). Once a key has been activated, the game belongs to your Steam account and the purchase is final - except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Extra contributions
Contributions can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. A refund takes off the rank it earned.
If we cannot deliver
If the game cannot be released on Steam, every reservation is refunded in full.
How long it takes
Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or method you paid with, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
