Evora Development Studios runs this site. This page says what we collect when you use it, why, who else handles it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, the callsign you choose, and whether you want devlog emails. Your password is stored by our authentication provider as a one-way hash; we never see it. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile with us; we keep only the email address.
- Your contributions: the amount, date and status of each payment, and Stripe's reference for it. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
- Your early access key: the reservation and, once delivered, the Steam key assigned to you.
- Your Discord account, if you connect it: your Discord user ID and username, used to add you to the Roll Authority Discord server and give you your supporter rank there. Discord's access token is handed back to Discord as soon as you are added; we never see your messages, servers or friends.
- Technical logs: our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.
Why
To run your account, take payments, deliver your key, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and - only if you opted in - send you devlogs and launch news.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase - database and sign-in.
- Google - sign-in, if you choose it.
- Discord - the community server and its roles, if you connect your account.
- Stripe - payments.
- Resend - account and key emails.
- Vercel - hosting.
Cookies
Only the cookies that keep you signed in, and one that lasts ten minutes while you connect Discord. No analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account until you ask us to delete it. Payment records for as long as tax law requires (typically seven years), even after your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can see your data on your account page. To get a copy, correct it, or delete your account, email support@evoradevelopmentstudios.com.
